    • An electronic invoice will be issued and must be paid prior to the remote IT support session commencing.

    • Pricing is fixed at $49 inc GST for 30 minutes. In the event the required can not be completed within the first 30 minutes, the technician will provide an estimated quote for the time required to conduct the work, and a seperate invoice will be generated. The 30 minute window begins from the time the technition first logs into your computer via the secure remote IT support software.

      We do not capture your card details and charge directly, therefore giving you the confidence with full control of the payment process.
