    • An electronic invoice will be issued and must be paid prior to the remote IT support session commencing.

    • Pricing is fixed at $49 inc GST for 30 minutes of support. In the event the issue can not be rectified within the first 30 minutes, the technician will provide an estimated quote for the remaining time required to conduct the work, and a separate invoice will be issued. The 30 minute window begins from the time the technician first logs into your computer via the secure remote IT support software.

      Be assured that we will not capture your card details and charge directly, therefore we are giving you the confidence of full control of the payment process.
